if they cancel according to their circumstances after completing the reservation.
・On the day of use (No contact)   100 of total charge
・On the day of use              80% of total charge
・On the day before               50% of total charge
※We don't claim the cancellation charge if guests cancel due to natural disasters.

It takes about 1 minute from Tokashiki port by our shuttle service. Highly recommended when you visit as the day trip from Naha. Please ask the staff holding the sign of "Kujira Rental Car" when you get off the ship.

【1】Basic Methods

  1. Check all staff's temperature before working
  2. Complete to sanitize hands frequently
  3. Wear a mask properly
  4. Install the spots of sanitizers in our facilities
  5. Inform our guests to wear a mask

【2】More Detailed Methods

(1)Complete to have the proper physical distance

  • We conduct the entrance restriction if necessary not to be crowded in the office.
  • We guide customers to have the proper distance.
  • We ask customers to take a seat with a space in the shuttle car.
  • We install the acrylic boards between the casher and customers not to spead the splash.
  • We keep the proper distance with customers when we explain about rental cars.

(2)Avoidance of 3 Cs

  • We arrange the seats not to face each other between customers and make a space as large as possible.
  • We don't stay at small space for a long time and make sure to utilize with a small number of people for a short time.

(3)Complete to change the air

  • We always open at least 2 windows to change the air.
  • We conduct to change the air inside the shuttle car.

(4)Our request of etiquette and washing hands to our respectful customers 

  • We decline to use us if customers have a symptons like fever, cough or headach.
  • We ask customers to check their temperature when they enter the office.

(5)Hygiene management of our staff

  • We check all staffs temperature before working. If they have any symptons like feeling bad, we report to our head about working immediately.
  • We strictly prohibit the staff who got infected to work.
  • We wash uniforms and clothes frequently.

(6)Hygiene management of our rental cars

  • We sanitize the whole office at least 3 times a day.
  • We clean and sanitize rental cars after returning.
